Our Story

"Good Judys" is a hilarious new TV show that follows the adventures of two best friends, Marcus and Amir, as they navigate their lives as black gay men living in Harlem, New York City. These two are inseparable, and their friendship is filled with laughter, love, and much mischief.

Marcus and Amir are constantly getting into all sorts of fun trouble. Whether they're trying out new hairstyles, hitting up the latest hotspots in town, or just hanging out at home, their antics will have you laughing out loud. But their friendship is more than just fun and games - they're there for each other through thick and thin, and their bond is unbreakable. Although they are the nucleus of the group, they also have friends in Erin, their longtime friend and boss at the coffee shop they both work at and Jordan who is new to the group and is the youngest.

Through their friendship, "Good Judys" explores what it means to be a black gay man in today's world. From dealing with discrimination and stereotypes to finding love and acceptance in the world and within the LGBT community, Marcus and Amir's journey is relatable, poignant, and above all, entertaining.

Our main character, Marcus, struggles to start his career after recently finishing law school.  Using a new talent he didn’t know he had, serving a niche market underserved, he ends up in questionable situations that could be categorized as illegal if anyone knew about them.  Amir reveals the source of his lavish lifestyle, Erin navigates a change in her relationship status, and Jordan is away and in a thriving throuple.
